Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates.

Pay Range: $127,961.00 - $211,136.00 Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 What You'll Be Doing Provides high-level technical input and guidance to developers, project teams, and business units on the most complex aspects of project definition, application design, implementation, integration, cost estimation, standardization, and support.
Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems, considering system capacity, operating time, and desired results.
Responsible for program design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation with full technical knowledge of all phases of application programming.
* Lead RPA Initiatives by overseeing the design, development, testing, and deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using UiPath, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across the organization.
* Support end-to-end implementation of RPA projects, including building prototypes, validating script performance at scale, conducting demos, and training end-users on self-service tools within UiPath.
* Works with the manager in prioritizing the service requests and assigning work to developers, provides technical assistance as needed, manages the project schedule and tasks assigned to teammembers while ensuring the timely delivery of the work assignments.
* Define the strategic roadmap for automation initiatives, establishing performance standards and best practices.
* Work on multiple projects concurrently by applying effective project management techniques for planning, estimating, monitoring progress, and completing assignments * Acts as project leader for projects with small budgets or limited duration.
* Manage the end-to-end incident and change management process using ITIL standards and platforms such as ServiceNow.
* Performs software development support for major applications and integrations.
* Design architecture enhancements for existing applications and systems, evaluate performance, and identify automation opportunities.
* Ensure that all automation solutions meet stringent security and compliance requirements, coordinating with IT security teams as needed.
* Set up new development and implementation processes to be followed across the IT organization.
Coordinate teams using modern development methodologies such as SCRUM/Agile.
* Research and recommend new vendors and 3rd party solutions based on business requirements.
Works with business units to design integrations with vendor systems.
* Research industry trends and proposes new technologies to support existing needs.
* Coordinates and develops technical project estimations for small to medium-scale projects involving one or more developers.
* Mentor and coach automation engineers at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
* Works independently with business units to design technical solutions and automations.
* Liaise with business stakeholders to align automation projects with strategic business objectives and report on project performance and incident trends.
* Participates in efforts to share technology expertise and train and mentor others in the use of technologies and development processes.
* Experience building with AI Agents and Orchestration in a production environment.
Building monitoring and evaluation solutions.
Evaluate emerging technologies and automation trends to continuously enhance the team's capabilities and innovation.
* Provides management with accurate and timely status reports of all projects assigned.
