Responsibilities
Design automated, containerized cloud application platform solutions with a focus on application concerns, including cloud-ready distributed application architectures, migrating workloads to containers, containerized development workflows, and integrating container platforms with automated CI/CD pipelines.
Provide mentoring to the developer community in the best practices associated with CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and GitLab
Design, build, manage, and operate the continuous delivery framework and tools, and act as a subject matter expert on CI/CD for developer teams
Design, build, manage, and operate the infrastructure as a service layer (hosted and cloud-based platforms) that supports the different platform services
Write and build continuous delivery pipelines to manage and automate the lifecycle of the different platform components.
Qualifications
Core Competencies (Must-have Competencies)
5+ years of experience in DevOps or a related IT field
3+ years of hands-on experience in Azure DevOps operations, including building automation and CI/CD pipelines
3+ years of experience in Docker as a Developer.
3+ years of experience with the OpenShift Container Platform (OCP), including:
Operator installs, Helm charts, Cluster installs, Job configuration, and Monitoring
Managing container image repositories in support of Linux containers
Deploying OCP in both public and private cloud environments
3+ years of experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps and GitLab, and CI/CD processes.
Skilled in automating application deployments via CI/CD pipelines using best practices and open-source tooling.
Proficient in automating Platform as a Service (PaaS) infrastructure using tools such as
Proficient with PowerShell.
Nice to have:
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members, vendors, and management.
Educational Qualification/s
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Work From Home Set-up
Schedule is from 4 PM-1 AM MNL / 4 AM EST to 1 PM EST
Once a month, we support a scheduled deployment, during which team members are expected to shift their work hours on two specific days—Thursday and the following Monday—to align with an 8:00 PM Eastern deployment. On those two days, the work schedule will be from 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM MNL / 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM Eastern.
