Sr Electrical Project Manager- Hospital Construction

Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, from budgeting and pre-construction through closeout.

Lead project teams, including engineers and subcontractors.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to client specifications.

Oversee electrical system installations, including UPS, emergency power, fire alarm, data networking, and communication wiring.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact.

Work effectively in regulated environments such as healthcare, chemical plants, and data centers.

Requirements

Required: Experience in the electrical construction industry (not general construction).

Proven track record as a Project Manager on large-scale electrical projects.

Strong portfolio of commercial, healthcare, institutional, and industrial projects.

Understanding of design/build project delivery methods.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
