Avoq is seeking a designer who turns imagination into impact. You’ll work on behalf of our diverse roster of clients to create standout UI/UX experiences, from inception through launch. This role supports content strategists and other teams across the company to create human-centered experiences that convince and convert. Note - we are seeking a Visual Designer, not a UX Strategist.

Translate creative strategy into persuasive digital solutions, from landing pages and websites to marketing campaigns and experiences
Collaborate with and support UI/UX leads, creative directors, designers, copywriters, UX strategists, content strategists and technologists to concept and design effective solutions that drive measurable results
Produce a variety of deliverables including branding, interactive designs, customer journey maps, wireframes, user flow diagrams, prototypes and other design deliverables not limited to digital
Participate in stakeholder and user-research to develop strategic insights and digital solutions
RequirementsYOUR EXPERIENCE
As a qualified candidate, you have experience in:
3-5 years of experience and an online portfolio demonstrating past success in digital design systems such as landing pages, websites, and other interactive tools or experiences
Proven experience with prototyping and communicating concepts using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud products
Understanding of information architecture and user experience design
Current on creative tactics and emerging marketing and communications trends
Understanding of web and mobile technologies and content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal
Understanding of WCAG, 508 and ADA accessibility standards
Effective verbal and listening communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously

We're seeking a Manager level and the salary range for this role is $75,000 - $115,000
