Role Description

We are looking for a well-presented, organized and proactive Receptionist cum Admin to manage front-desk responsibilities and support day-to-day administrative operations. This role requires good communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and customers in a polite and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; take messages when required.

Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and ensure it reflects the company’s image.

Administrative Support

Handle daily administrative tasks like filing, printing, documentation, courier management, etc

.Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings

.Assist HR/Admin team with basic tasks — attendance tracking, onboarding support, ID card issuance, etc

.Manage office supplies, stationary stock, and maintain inventory records

.Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance, housekeeping, and repairs
