Roles and responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
Source potential candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screening interviews (telephonic/video) to evaluate candidate fitment.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain an active database of qualified candidates and ensure a strong talent pipeline.
Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs.
Track recruitment metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Post Graduate.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (proficient in English and Hindi)
2 to 3 years of proven experience in non-IT recruitment.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.)
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Good understanding of recruitment metrics and reporting.
