You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving IT issues, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT environments.This is a full-time in-person position based out of our Calgary office and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team of IT professionals.Key responsibilitiesProvide on-site and remote technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues across various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux.Manage NOC inquiries, prioritizing customer service and effective communication.Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of software, hardware, and network systems.Ensure IT systems comply with security protocols, data privacy regulations, and organizational policies.Collaborate with IT leadership on infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvement projects.Maintain documentation of support activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
