Position Overview
Oneway AC, LLC is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service
Representative (CSR) to join our Houma office. As the first point of contact for our customers, the CSR
plays a crucial role in scheduling service calls, assisting technicians, preparing materials, and delivering
exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Schedule HVAC service calls, maintenance visits, and installations
Communicate clearly with customers regarding technician arrival times, pricing, and service details
Handle customer questions, concerns, and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction
Sales & Membership Plans
Educate customers on Oneway AC’s Maintenance Membership Plans
Sell membership plans to new and existing customers over the phone
Document membership enrollments and track sales results
Job Preparation & Coordination
Assist in gathering and preparing materials and parts needed for daily jobs
Coordinate with warehouse staff and technicians to ensure materials are ready before dispatch
Provide technicians with updated job notes, customer information, and any necessary details
Office & Administrative Duties
Enter customer information, scheduling details, and job notes into Service Titan
Collect customer payments and process invoices
Maintain organized customer files, schedules, and office records
Assist management with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
HVAC or home-services office experience preferred (not required)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable selling maintenance membership plans
ServiceTitan experience preferred, or willingness to learn
Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software, payment processing, etc.)
