Location: Mountaintop, PA

Pay: $18+/hour

Schedule: Full-time 1st Shift

Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Operate warehouse management systems and basic computer applications

Follow written and verbal instructions in English

Maintain productivity, accuracy, and safety standards

Assist in training and supporting team members as needed

Proactively address workflow issues to keep operations running smoothly

Required Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience (picker/packer preferred)

Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)

Basic computer skills

Ability to work independently and take initiative

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

Lead or supervisory experience

Experience in a 3PL or fast-paced warehouse environment

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse setting
