AristaCare at Manchester, a respected 165-bed skilled nursing facility known for its supportive leadership, beautiful campus, and resident-centered care, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor to oversee clinical operations across all shifts.

What You’ll Do:

️ Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care

Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Collaborate with department heads and interdisciplinary teams for seamless care delivery

Respond to clinical issues, guide staff, and handle any emergencies with confidence

Lead by example and foster a positive, accountable work culture

What You’ll Need:

Active RN license in New Jersey

1+ years of nursing leadership experience, preferably in long-term care

2+ years in relevent experience

Strong clinical judgment, team leadership, and communication skills

Experience with EMR systems and regulatory protocols
