Transportation Engineer
About the Role
We’re seeking a Transportation Engineer to support a variety of roadway, trail, safety, and corridor improvement projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys thoughtful problem-solving, collaborative work, and contributing to designs that enhance communities.
What You’ll Do
Perform research, field reviews, and data analysis to support transportation design solutions.
Assist with roadway, intersection, trail, and complete street design using CAD tools.
Prepare plans, exhibits, cost estimates, and project documentation.
Support quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Participate in client meetings and occasional networking activities.
Contribute to safe, sustainable, and community-focused project outcomes.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
EIT required; PE preferred.
2–12 years of transportation or civil design experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
