EC/KM Great opportunity to lead the BOH ( with this amazing upscale multiple unit chain) This is an 'A" location and we are looking for and EC with a passion for food and excellence that can execute a huge scratch menu ! Our qualifications our not just based on experience. The perfect fit will be a great leader in every sense-empathetic, leads by example, loves to train and mentor, can see the big picture- but is very hands on and loves to work side by side with their team . Works in a collaborative way with all employees and managers and is VERY passionate about quality and standards- enjoys the fast pace of a busy restaurant! This is a very high volume unit ( 9 million plus) and will require high volume experience. The GM is fantastic and the right candidate will walk in to a huge support team- especially and including the executive team. This company has the best culture I have ever worked with.
