Position Responsibilities

• Manage residential real estate closings from file open through funding

• Prepare and review settlement statements and closing documents

• Coordinate signings, funding, and post closing requirements

• Communicate professionally with agents, lenders, buyers, sellers, and attorneys

• Identify and resolve issues proactively to ensure smooth closings

• Deliver a confident, calm, and accurate closing experience

Qualifications

• Two or more years of escrow or residential closing experience

• Ohio escrow or title experience strongly preferred

• Thorough understanding of the residential real estate closing process

• Exceptional attention to detail and organization

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple files while maintaining accuracy

• Professional, team oriented mindset
