CNC Programmer

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Program CNC machines using Mastercam to produce precision components.

Utilize Veri cut software to simulate and verify toolpaths, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Develop and optimize machining processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

Collaborate with engineers and machinists to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Perform troubleshooting and adjustments to maintain production standards.

Maintain documentation of programs, setups, and tooling requirements.

Requirements:

5+ years of CNC programming experience, preferably with Mastercam.

Hands-on experience with Veri cut for toolpath verification.

Strong knowledge of machining processes, cutting tools, and materials.

Ability to read and interpret GD&T and engineering drawings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience in aerospace, automotive, or defense manufacturing

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
