On-Site Client Account Manager - Strategic Account

Bilingual Spanish/English Fluency is REQUIRED

About Us: Strategic Partners in Manufacturing Excellence

We are a rapidly growing, high-impact staffing & quality inspection firm specializing exclusively in industrial and manufacturing placements. Our mission is to deliver top-tier talent and build lasting, strategic partnerships that drive our clients' operational success. We are looking for a key leader to join our mission.

The Opportunity: Lead a Critical Account

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, and Bilingual (Spanish/English) On-Site Client Manager to oversee one of our most valuable strategic accounts: a high-volume manufacturing/industrial facility in Northwest Indiana.

This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role. You will be the face of our firm, requiring a blend of exceptional client relationship skills, operational mastery in high-volume staffing, and a strategic focus on organic account growth. Your bi-lingual fluency will be the cornerstone of your success in managing diverse teams and key client stakeholders.

Core Pillars of the Role

Your responsibilities will be structured around three critical areas:

1. Strategic Client Partnership (The Relationship Focus)

Serve as the dedicated, day-to-day point of contact for the client's HR Leader, Plant Manager, and all key stakeholders.

Proactively manage and foster the client relationship, ensuring unparalleled client satisfaction and a true strategic partnership.

Conduct compelling business reviews and performance check-ins, clearly articulating metrics, service value, and future staffing projections.

Addressing and resolving all client-side issues, escalations, or service complaints promptly and professionally using clear, professional communication in both required languages.

2. High-Volume Staffing Operations (The Execution Focus)

Champion all on-site staffing operations, including coordinating high-volume recruitment, compliant onboarding, accurate time-card/payroll submission, and rigorous safety compliance for all assigned contract employees.

Ensure full compliance with all relevant federal/state labor laws and client-specific site regulations.

Collaborate strategically with our off-site recruiting team to forecast needs, manage candidate flow, and execute successful, high-volume staffing ramps (e.g., peak seasons or new production lines).

Manage the performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions of our contract employees effectively communicating policy and feedback in Spanish to ensure clarity and adherence.

3. Account Growth & Business Development (The Growth Focus)

Identify and capture organic expansion opportunities by introducing our staffing solutions to new departments, shifts, or different job categories within the existing client structure.

Focus on the strategic acquisition of new staffing orders by maintaining a deep understanding of the client's operational objectives and positioning our company as the indispensable strategic solution.

Develop and execute a strategic account plan aimed at significantly increasing our overall market share and revenue from this high-value client.
