Structural Ironworker — Manassas, VA

We’re seeking a skilled Ironworker to join our team in Manassas, VA. This is a physically demanding position that requires balance, stamina, and a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

Install and assemble structural steel, stairways, handrails, and guardrails

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Perform layout, cutting, welding, bolting, and rigging tasks

Work at heights and operate lifts, scaffolding, and related equipment

Ensure jobsite safety, proper tool use, and compliance with OSHA standards

Collaborate with foremen and team members to complete projects on schedule

Qualifications

Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions

Physical strength, stamina, and balance for demanding tasks

Experience as a Structural Ironworker (stairways & railings required)

Ability to read structural drawings and take accurate measurements

License or certifications required

Strong knowledge of OSHA and general safety procedures

Good coordination, depth perception, problem-solving skills, and teamwork mindset
