Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our residential construction team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in framing, siding, trim work, and flooring installation. This role is essential to ensuring high-quality craftsmanship throughout all phases of home construction.

Key Responsibilities

Perform rough and finish carpentry work on residential homes.

Complete framing tasks, including walls, floors, roofs, and structural components.

Install exterior siding with accuracy and attention to detail.

Execute interior and exterior trim work, including baseboards, molding, door/ window casings, and cabinetry details.

Install various types of residential flooring (wood, laminate, vinyl, etc.).

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.

Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Qualifications

Strong skills in framing, siding, trim, and flooring installation.

Ability to read and understand construction plans and measurements.

Proficiency with carpentry tools and equipment.

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Physical ability to lift, carry, climb, and perform daily carpentry tasks.
