Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our remote team. In this role, you will handle scheduling, communication, data entry, customer support, and general administrative tasks to help keep daily operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support through email, chat, and phone communication
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Prepare, update, and organize documents, reports, and records
Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital files
Assist with customer inquiries and follow-ups
Support recruitment tasks such as reviewing resumes or updating applicant records (if needed)
Conduct basic online research and compile information as requested
Manage task lists and ensure deadlines are met
Assist with social media posting, communication, or messaging (optional based on skills)
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned projects
Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures at all timesRequired Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or administrative support role is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Docs, Sheets, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Reliable internet connection and a functioning laptop/desktop
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
