Responsibilities:

Execute all stages of surface preparation.

Mix, match, and apply coatings per project specs.

Ensure uniformity, accuracy, and high-quality finishing.

Assist with the cleanup and proper disposal of materials.

Report project progress and issues as needed.

Qualifications:

1 + years of experience with industrial or commercial painting preferred.

Strong attention to detail.

Experience in surface prep and finish work.

Ability to work independently and in teams.

Strong problem-solving skills.
