Description:
Wisconsin or Minnesota based, this position works directly with the assigned Blake’s Beverage Company territory wholesaler(s) and their sales management and staff to promote sales, the Blake’s Beverage Brands at large while achieving or exceeding target distribution and volume goals. The Plains Territory Director establishes and maintains a professional sales relationship with key retailers and distributors within the assigned territory with the goal of continuous improvement on all levels of sales and distribution Requirements:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

· Supports Blake’s Beverage Companies, Purpose, and Philosophies
· Maintains constant communication with the Regional Director, Wholesaler Brand Manager and other Key Management contacts at assigned Distributors, Distributor sales force, and key retailers across all segments of business including On Premise & Off Premise Independents, On & Off Premise Chain accounts as well as Special Events and Venues.
· Develops quarterly target lists built from goals and objectives in support of Annual Brand Plan
· Must be able to analyze and develop sales opportunity data and reporting from VIP software or other company provided sales software.
· Utilizes VIP/Karma to organize workflow, document trade call frequency and communicate market activity and opportunities to distributors.
· Develops and maintains pro-active and positively beneficial relationships with wholesale and retail accounts.
· Conducts ongoing brand training with retailers, distributor partners, and consumers.
· Assists at all special events and festivals in the territory.
· May be chosen to travel and support brand initiatives in other markets through Crew Drive & Market Blitz activities.
· As the Blake’s Beverage Collective evolves, you may have the opportunity to sell products beyond the Blake’s Hard Cider portfolio.
· Performs administrative tasks as they are assigned (expense reports, monthly work calendar, establish distribution targets.
· Always maintains a professional image and demeanor.
· Able to maintain and report an expense budget within the given parameters.
· Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
· Ability to be measured by stipulated KPI’s that indicate and govern individual and collective performance.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

· Live in the territory for which RSM is responsible.
· Self-starter/ Self-motivated
· Reliable car and a valid driver’s license
· Ability to work flexible schedule; ability to work nights and weekends if necessary.
· An understanding that during peak times of the year, schedules will vary and flexibility is a must.
· Excellent organizational, planning, and sales skills
· Five years’ minimum experience working in the three-tier distribution system either with a beer wholesaler or beverage supplier.
· Strong knowledge in craft beer, hard cider, FMB and all other non-spirit alcoholic beverages, the industry at large, and its retailers and consumers.
· Proficient in Microsoft office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
· Excellent oral, analytical, written, and communication skills.
· Dynamic public specking and presentation skills
· Travel is required.
Full-time
