We are seeking a Contracts Professional to lead and oversee contract administration and compliance throughout the full contract lifecycle. In this role, you will act as a true strategic partner to C. Mack Solutions leadership, our program teams and our growth team. You will make an impact by helping us grow our contracting discipline and help mitigate company risk. Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including pre-award, award, modifications, execution, compliance, and closeout.
Review, interpret, and advise leadership on prime contracts, subcontracts, contract modifications, NDAs and Teaming Agreements.
Serve as the lead and point of contact for all C. Mack Solutions contractual matters, both internally and externally.
Develop and maintain working relationships with our government Contracting Officers (COs), Contracting Officer Representatives (CORs), and our teaming partners to facilitate collaborative solutions and contracting opportunities.
Own our GSA and other contract vehicle management, audits, and associated reporting requirements.
Support the management of Joint Venture (JV) and Contract Teaming Agreement (CTA) structures, including compliance, invoicing relationships, and reporting.
Ensure company compliance with federal acquisition regulations (FAR), DFARS, and small business regulations.
Review and provide guidance on Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs), and general support for capture and proposal teams.
Support program and finance teams with contract setup, funding tracking, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
Monitor contract performance to ensure our teams exceed requirements and deliver on schedule.
Identify and mitigate contractual and organizational risks through proactive review and analysis of terms and conditions.
Maintain organized and compliant contract files in accordance with company and government standards.Requirements:
Must live within the DC Metro Area
Experience: Minimum of 7 – 10 years in U.S. Government contracting
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proven experience managing contract negotiations, modifications, and compliance reviews.
Strong understanding of small business contracting, Joint Ventures, and Teaming Agreements.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Current knowledge of all relevant laws, regulations, terms and conditions in and around the DHS contracting environment.
Clearance: Must be able to obtain a DHS Public Trust Clearance or higher (US Citizenship Required)
Working knowledge of Unanet or similar federal timekeeping system (i.e., CostPoint)
