Overview: SGI Global is identifying qualified U.S.

citizens for anticipated future roles providing tactical training support to law enforcement partners in Mexico.

Final duties and requirements are pending client approval.

This listing is for early market research only.

Key Responsibilities (Preliminary): Provide tactical law enforcement instruction in accordance with U.S.

training standards.

Support curriculum development, scenario design, and training documentation.

Conduct field exercises and classroom-based instruction.

Coordinate with U.S.

and Mexican law enforcement personnel.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Minimum Qualifications: U.S.

citizenship.

Spanish FSI level 3/3 Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, Law Enforcement, Public Policy, Social Science, or related field or Ten (10) years total experience as a law enforcement professional.

Five years (5) of direct hands-on experience in law enforcement training with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in other management roles that entailed strategic planning, resource management, and budgeting.

Background in U.S.

law enforcement, tactical units, SWAT, or military police.

Experience delivering training in operational environments.

Strong communication and instructional skills.

Ability to travel internationally.
