Aerial Systems Program Analyst – Ciudad Juárez - (only in Mexico City is the base) About SGI Global: SGI Global is conducting early market research and building a talent pool for anticipated U.S.

Government security and technology programs in Mexico.

Final position details are pending client confirmation, and this posting is intended solely to identify qualified candidates in advance.

Position Overview: We are seeking qualified Mexican professionals for potential future support to aerial systems and border-related technology programs in Ciudad Juárez.

This role focuses on program coordination, data tracking, logistics, and support to emerging aerial or counter-UAS initiatives along the northern border.

Key Responsibilities (Preliminary): Support planning, coordination, and implementation of aerial systems or CUAS ( Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems ) related program activities.

Track deliverables, timelines, and program metrics across multiple stakeholders.

Assist with reporting, documentation, and information management.

Liaise with government, consulate, and partner organizations as needed.

Support meetings, site visits, and operational engagements in Ciudad Juárez and surrounding areas.

Minimum Qualifications: Mexican citizenship.

English FSI Level 3/3 Bachelor's degree in public administration, electromechanical, systems engineering, technology, security studies, Law Enforcement or related field.

Five years (5) of direct hands-on experience in law enforcement training with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in other management roles that entailed strategic planning, resource management, and budgeting.

Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Ability to travel within Mexico.

Ability to pass a security background check.

Experience in security technology, CUAS, drones, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience in drafting and authoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
