Job Description:

As a member of our community, you'll have the opportunity to work on various projects, depending on your specific skillset and experience. Your tasks may include developing complex prompts, evaluating AI outputs, and providing valuable feedback to improve model performance.

Develop Complex Prompts: Create professional-level prompts that challenge AI models and help them learn from human feedback.

Evaluate AI Outputs: Review and rank reasoning and problem-solving responses from large language models to ensure their accuracy and relevance.

Provide Valuable Feedback: Offer constructive feedback to improve model performance and help us create better AI systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Higher: A degree in a relevant field such as literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, etc., or currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.

Strong Writing Skills: Clear, concise, and engaging writing to explain decisions or critique responses.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop complex, professional-level prompts and evaluate nuanced AI reasoning.

Interest or Background in AI, Machine Learning, or Creative Tech Tools: Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or creative tech tools is a plus.
