Now we’re on the lookout for a creative, driven Sous Chef to help shape the kitchen from day one.

What you’ll do: Cook fresh, seasonal food you can be proud of Support the Head Chef in running a smooth, happy kitchen Help design menus and bring ideas to the table Keep standards high, calm, and consistent What we’re after: Experience in a quality, fresh-food kitchen A passion for flavour, seasonality, and doing things properly Someone positive, reliable, and team-focused A chef who’s ready to grow with a brand-new venue What you’ll get: £35,000 salary + £5k tips 4-day week / 40 hours (yes, really!)
