Primary Purpose:

Management of the planning process for all indirect costs alongside ownership of eCommerce P&Ls for both Coach and Kate Spade. Develop new focus on Marketing ROI, which will become pivotal in driving growth across Tapestry brands going forward

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in FP&A to:

Manage/Plan Tapestry Europe Marketing, VM, Depreciation and T&E costs budgets.

Manage/Plan Tapestry Europe eComm P&Ls (Sales down to Operating Profit)

Run monthly cost review process with key stakeholders to understand variances to plan

Drive efficiencies in Budget Tracking & Reporting processes through system enhancements and process design

Develop and Drive Marketing ROI campaign analysis

Manage Tapestry Europe P&L consolidations and related commentary

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business (predominantly Financial Control, Marketing, VM and eComm teams)

Intermediate to advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel
