CTG is seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Engineer to support our client's data-driven initiatives.
This role focuses on PL/SQL development, functional testing, and integration across Java, ETL, and Big Data environments.
**Location:** Phoenix, AZ **Duration:** Ongoing Contract **Duties:** + Develop and optimize PL/SQL code, procedures, and packages.
+ Support functional testing, data validation, and data governance activities.
+ Work with Java/J2EE, Kafka, and ETL/Data Warehousing pipelines.
+ Troubleshoot data quality, lineage, and performance issues.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data management best practices.
**Skills & Experience:** + 5-7 years in data governance, data management, or similar roles.
+ Expert-level SQL and PL/SQL.
+ Strong understanding of Java/J2EE; Kafka experience preferred.
+ Background in ETL, Big Data, and Data Warehousing.
+ Python knowledge a plus.
+ Familiarity with testing lifecycles, data lineage, and data quality tools.
**Education:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
