Work Scope:

Construction Laborers will be working on a commercial project in Columbus, OH, assisting with general jobsite operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting skilled trades and site leadership with daily tasks

• Performing site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling

• Supporting various phases of commercial construction work

• Following directions and maintaining a safe, professional work environment

• PPE required at all times (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, hi-vis vest, work boots)

Construction Laborer Requirements:

• Previous construction experience preferred

• Ability to perform physically demanding work

• Must bring and wear all required PPE

• Must pass any required background checks or drug screenings

• Must have reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to assist wherever needed
