Azure Support Lead

Overview of the engagement:

Responsible to give escort HPC team members to Fairfax environment over secured remote desktop screen share and monitor requester activities & execute the given TSG's from the requester when required.

Responsible to monitor requester activities until session ends, making sure requester does not view or obtain sensitive data while working in gov cloud environment.

Skills:

Remote Access Software tools like Remote Desktop Connection Manager PuTTY iLO iDRAC Teams etc

Ticketing tools like ICM ServiceNow and Azure DevOps

Basic understanding of PowerShell Windows systems active directory group policies networking systems etc

Strong communication skills teamwork, collaboration and multitasking abilities

Security Clearance Requirements:

Resource with U.S. Citizenship Verification, Complete Cloud Screening and clearance includes CJIS, Secret Clearance(T3).
