Job Description

Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews to maintain productivity and quality

Oversee installation of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and piping

Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements

Monitor schedules, resolve field issues, and keep projects on track

Act as the primary point of contact for mechanical coordination and field operations

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience supervising construction projects with a mechanical focus

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other mechanical systems

Proven ability to manage subcontractors, enforce safety, and maintain project schedules

Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on management style

Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar) preferred

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where technical precision is critical
