As a Strategy Development Expert, you will play a central role in influencing how millions of people access financial services across an emerging, high-growth market. This is a strategic position with the opportunity to drive long-term vision, business expansion, and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development, refinement, and alignment of Openbanks corporate and business strategies.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.

Define strategic initiatives, KPIs, and execution roadmaps that translate vision into measurable outcomes.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, risk, finance, and marketing teams.

Support business planning, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Monitor performance indicators and update strategic plans based on insights and results.

Prepare and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in strategy development, management consulting, corporate development, or related rolespreferably within banking, fintech, or financial services.

Strong analytical skills with proven capability in market research and data-driven decision-making.

Solid understanding of banking business models, financial products, and regulatory environments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated leadership in driving cross-functional initiatives.

Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field is preferred.
