Job Description:

We are seeking bilingual or multilingual Conversion Agents to join our team in Limassol. The ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in customer conversion, with proficiency in all EU languages. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through conversion processes to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Conversion Agent

Proficiency in any EU language

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to relocate (terms and conditions apply)
