Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution across the Oil & Gas and energy sectors in Kuwait. This role is ideal for a technically strong and commercially aware individual with a track record of successfully delivering large industrial or infrastructure projects under tight timelines and complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full project lifecycle activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion across energy and industrial projects

Lead project scheduling, cost control, resource planning, and change management processes

Monitor project performance using modern project management and ERP systems

Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and contractual obligations

Support contract negotiation and contribute to claim mitigation and conflict resolution strategies

Prepare and present progress reports and ensure alignment with budget, timeline, and project scope

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful handover and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas (preferred), petrochemical, or power industries

Proven background in project planning, scheduling, and cost control

Familiarity with project monitoring tools, ERP systems, and project management software

Strong understanding of contracts, risk management, and commercial claims

Experience with conflict resolution and strategic planning

PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification is a strong asset but not mandatory

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
