Fleet Supervisor

The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the companys vehicle fleet, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products while maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards. This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and logistics management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the delivery fleet, including route planning, driver schedules, and vehicle assignments.

Ensure fleet vehicles are properly maintained, safe, and compliant with company and regulatory standards.

Monitor fleet performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs; implement improvements for efficiency and cost savings.

Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drivers and fleet operations.

Conduct regular inspections, audits, and reports on fleet performance and driver compliance.

Handle fleet-related incidents, accidents, or issues, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.

Assist in budgeting and controlling fleet-related expenses.

Train, mentor, and evaluate fleet staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or fleet management, preferably in the F&B industry.

Strong knowledge of fleet operations, route planning, and vehicle maintenance.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with logistics software is a plus.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
