Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. We are looking for a Security Guard in the Riverside Area that has experience with truck logging. Security Guard must have experience with access control; will monitor entry and exist points. Security guard must be able to work in high-paced environment and must be alert. The ideal candidate will be vigilant, professional, and capable of responding effectively to security concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor site conditions to identify potential security concerns or safety hazards.

- Respond promptly to alarms and notify the police or fire department in case of emergencies, such as fires or unauthorized access.

- Verbally warn individuals of rule infractions and ensure compliance with property regulations.

- Allow authorized personnel to enter the property and monitor access points to maintain security.

- Monitor and enforce property removal policies to deter theft and unauthorized activities.

- Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.

- Maintain a professional demeanor while assisting customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous manner.

Must have a valid CA guard card license

Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time

Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure

Effective oral and written communication skills

Reliable Means of Transportation

Driver License Preferred but not Mandatory (Some Positions require it)

Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office

Active listening skills

Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively

Ability to identify escalating conditions and quickly mitigate same
