Lead Full-Stack Software Engineer

In this key role, you will contribute to the development of robust full-stack software solutions within a collaborative Agile environment. You should possess hands-on experience with a variety of front-end and back-end technologies, and be enthusiastic about working closely with your team to produce high-quality software.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leveraging cloud-native development techniques and security best practices.

Designing, developing, testing, and documenting software components.

Collaborating effectively with engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Writing clear technical documentation and communicating designs effectively.

Contributing to the design and development of APIs, data integration, and AI/ML functionalities.

Participating in code reviews and Scrum ceremonies, ensuring continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.

Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and development practices.

Key competencies you will bring:

Expertise in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with development and COTS/open-source tools to create effective data pipeline solutions.

Proficiency in Git for version control and collaboration.

Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, and a strong grasp of software security, networking, and authentication.

Experience with microservice architecture and deployment practices.

Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks and front-end tooling.

Understanding of the complete development lifecycle from design to deployment.

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Your qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in technologies such as NodeJS, C#, Python, or similar.

5 years of experience with database development and data pipelines.

Experience with ITSM, CSM, or CRM SaaS platforms is a plus.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
