Customer Rep needs 2+ years’ experience
Customer Rep requires:
o Onsite
o Monday-Friday 10:30-7:00 EST Two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch
o Outbound, inbound calling
o PC savvy
o MS Office savvy
o Call center
o Customer service
Customer Rep duties:
o Inbound call representative taking calls from regarding lens orders, order status, order tracking, remakes, general customer service inquiries
o Outbound calls to follow up with, on pending jobs
o Average of 8 calls an hour
