Exposure Therapist - PHP

Location: High Focus Centers - Lansdale, PA

Salary: $54,000-$55,000/year (based on experience and credentials)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (In-Person)

High Focus Centers in Lansdale is a leading provider of specialized outpatient treatment programs for adults. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides structured, evidence-based care to help individuals manage anxiety and related disorders. We emphasize exposure-based therapy and skill-building to empower clients to face fears, reduce avoidance, and achieve meaningful improvement in daily functioning.

We are seeking a skilled Exposure Therapist to join our PHP team. If you have experience delivering exposure-based interventions for anxiety disorders and are passionate about helping adults overcome fear and avoidance, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily PHP group sessions utilizing exposure-based therapy techniques to help clients confront and manage anxiety in a safe, structured environment.

Conduct clinical assessments and contribute to determining appropriate levels of care.

Provide individual exposure therapy and supportive interventions as part of the PHP and step-down continuum of care.

Collaborate with clients, families (as appropriate), and the multidisciplinary treatment team to create individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.

Participate in clinical meetings to review client progress, share observations, and ensure high-quality care.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete insurance reviews in a timely manner.

Support program operations and assist with other clinical or administrative duties as needed. Qualifications

Education: Master's degree in Human Services, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with completion of a clinically based internship or practicum required. Exposure and Response Prevention training preferred

Experience: Prior experience providing exposure-based therapy or other evidence-based interventions for adults with anxiety disorders strongly preferred.
