Auto Allies, a family-owned repair shop celebrating 20 years of service, is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Junior Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is a flexible, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow in the automotive service industry. This job is listed as Part time, but can grow into a full time position.

You'll be the "go-to" support person-floating where needed to keep the front office running smoothly, customers informed, and the team supported.

What You'll Do:

Answer incoming calls with professionalism and a helpful attitude.

Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and vehicle drop-offs/pickups.

Greet customers and act as a customer liaison throughout their repair process.

Assist the Service Manager with daily tasks, communication, and workflow.

Give status updates to customers via phone/text/email.

Help review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with customers.

Prepare estimates, invoices, and service recommendations (with training).

Organize paperwork, maintain front-desk cleanliness, and manage daily checklists.

Help coordinate parts orders, returns, and vendor communication.

Support technicians with information flow and documentation.

Be ready to "float" wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

Uphold a friendly, positive shop culture rooted in honesty and teamwork. What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and keep calm under pressure.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn the automotive repair process.

Dependable, punctual, and supportive team player.

Computer-savvy (Shop software experience is a plus but not required).

Valid driver's license.

Previous customer service or automotive knowledge is helpful-but we will train the right person. What We Offer:
