Technical Officer (Civil)

OOne of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry is hiring Technical Officer (Civil) to support project execution and site supervision.

SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience and performance)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervise civil construction and maintenance works.

Prepare and maintain project documentation and progress reports.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and design standards.

Monitor material usage and site productivity.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.

34 years of experience in civil construction projects.

Good knowledge of project documentation and drawings.

Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
