PL/SQL Developer

Primary Skills

Must-have: SQL, PLSQL, Data QA/Data Validation

Secondary Skills

Good-to-have: Looker/Tableau/Power BI/Sigma

Responsibilities

Understand and analyze data tables and formulate queries to transform and extract data.

Write SQL queries and Stored Procedures to extract and manipulate data for specified objectives

End to end technical design, development, stabilization and enhancement of SQL programs.

Create and update datamodel designs and/or Stored Procedures

Experience developing queries, stored procedures, user defined functions and performance tuning.

Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools (for comparative insight).

Lead and participate in technical and operations reviews to learn from and share knowledge with your teammates.

Organize and track progress and maintain documentation using Jira and Confluence

Any prior experience working with Sigma or any other reporting tools on top of Snowflake will be a plus

Core Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication

5+ years of experience in SQL programming.

Strong SQL skills and experience working with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).

Ability to understand the nature of data and formulate extraction methodologies based on specified objectives.

Write complex SQL queries/Stored Procedures to implement the formulated methodologies.

Passion to deliver craftsman-quality work both individually and as part of a team.

Analytical and reasoning minded that resultin clear technical execution.

Desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Desire to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Utilize excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle and address complexity under pressure.

Ability to drive your projects from inception to completion and overcome challenges along the way.

Flexible to work in designated shift hours to facilitate global communication.

Working in Agile through JIRA/Confluence.
