Program Highlights:
Eight-month program combining instructor-led classroom, lab, and shop experience.
Program alternates weekly between one of our Ohio Cat training facilities (Cleveland or Columbus) and your home shop.
~640 hours of hands-on training on Caterpillar heavy equipment.

What You'll Do:
Learn to service and repair Caterpillar heavy equipment.
Master the basics of engines, electrical systems, and welding.
Collaborate with expert technicians and serve real customers.

Who You Are:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Mechanical aptitude and a passion for hands-on work.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Physical Requirements:
Lifting/Carrying 40 lb. Lift/Carry and 50lb pulling
Standing/Sitting Up and down stairs, standing, sitting, and climbing into machines
Dexterity Normal
Repetitive Motions: Frequent movements requiring the use of hands, wrists, and fingers.
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
