Trading Ops

Our client is seeking a Trading Operations Associate who will partner with trading, fund accounting, technology, and risk teams to ensure accurate trade processing, timely reconciliations, and effective operational support while minimizing risk. This is a hybrid position based in New York City, NY.

Starting at $150,000/year.

Trading Operations Associate's Responsibilities and Duties:

Manage trade lifecycle events including bookings, swap resets, corporate actions, and reconciliations.

Support daily operations for bank loans and related instruments, including cash and swap loans.

Oversee ClearPar loan closing processes and maintain accurate data in Enfusion.

Reconcile positions, transactions, and cash for TRS and loan products.

Identify and resolve discrepancies while enhancing workflows and reducing risk.

Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Ensure timely issue resolution and contribute to process improvements.

Stay informed on industry practices to strengthen operational policies.

Trading Operations Associate's Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree required.

At least 4 years of trading operations experience with exposure to bank loans and complex financial instruments.

Experience with Enfusion, Geneva, ClearPar, or WSO preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proactive and detail-oriented.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
