Supply Chain Supervisor

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee daily supply chain and warehouse operations. The successful candidate will supervise staff, coordinate logistics activities, and ensure efficient flow of goods. This position must be performed on-site, and remote work is not available.

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required

Experience

Previous supervisory experience is an asset

Work Location

Work must be completed at the physical location

There is no option to work remotely

Responsibilities

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of supply chain, warehouse, or logistics staff

Assign work duties and prepare staff schedules

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of goods

Ensure company procedures, safety standards, and deadlines are met

Resolve work-related problems and prepare progress and performance reports

Coordinate transportation, shipping, and receiving activities

Train new employees and provide ongoing guidance to staff

Maintain records related to inventory, shipments, and personnel

Experience and Specialization

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

Inventory management systems

MS Word, Excel, and other office software
