The nLogic team is seeking a Thrust Vector Control Engineer to join our team in the Huntsville, AL area.
This position is ensuring TVC performance meets requirements.
Position Responsibilities: * Defining operational, component, and system requirements for the thrust vector control system.
* Defining, coordinating and controlling the functional and physical interfaces between the thrust vector control system and the vehicle.
* Developing specifications for associated vehicle systems to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
* Documenting configuration and design of the thrust vector control system and components.
* Performing, coordinating, and directing various analysis, modeling and simulation tools to estimate or calculate system performance.
* Coordinating and providing technical guidance for the thrust vector control component suppliers and responsible engineers to drive performance to plan while ensuring technical compliance to requirements.
Required Qualifications: * B.S.
in Engineering, physics, or other STEM field * 5 or more years of experience working with TVC systems as defined above Preferred Qualifications: * Familiarity with NASA programs * Experience with Microsoft Office tools Candidate must be a U.S.
Citizen.
Secret clearance is not required; however, candidate must be able to pass a background check.
This is a full-time position located in Huntsville, AL.
Some travel may be required.
