Job Description
Proactive and efficient support of Relationship Managers in their daily business with trustees and lawyers in the target market Liechtenstein (correspondence, appointment coordination, account opening, compliance tasks, etc.)
Independent receipt and processing of securities, foreign exchange, and derivatives transactions
Independent telephone support of trustees, lawyers, and their clients in general banking and investment matters
Independent, efficient, and thorough preparation and follow-up of client visits
Active relief of Relationship Managers in administrative tasks (office administration, presentations, correspondence, due diligence) and investment meetings
Monitoring of client portfolios with regard to maturities and investment opportunities
Active support of Relationship Managers in the holistic, client-oriented advisory and support of our UHNWI clientele
Requirements
Several years of experience in intermediary business or in serving private banking clients are an advantage
Specialized further education in banking is an advantage
Comprehensive knowledge of general banking transactions
Excellent client orientation and service attitude combined with an empathetic and outgoing personality
Independent and proactive working style as well as strong organizational skills
Very good German and English skills (written and spoken)
Confident use of MS Office; knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
