Millwright
Job Description
Millwrights assemble, install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment in manufacturing, plant, and construction environments. This role requires working from blueprints and using precision tools to ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment.
Responsibilities
• Install, assemble, align, disassemble, and repair machinery and equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Operate hoisting and lifting equipment (cranes, jacks, etc.)
• Weld, fabricate, clean, lubricate, and adjust machinery as needed
• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and accurate maintenance records
• Follow safety procedures and collaborate with teams as required
Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with industrial machinery assembly and repair
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work in physically demanding, heavy industrial environments
Working Conditions
• Plant and surface mining environments
• Physically demanding; lift up to 50 lbs
• Moderate noise, variable temperatures, overtime as needed

• Pay: $29.00–$32.00 per hour
• Minimum 40 hours per week
