JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision aligned with company goals and market needs

• Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization

• Translate business objectives into actionable development plans

• Oversee end-to-end product development, from concept to launch

• Ensure product quality and performance through testing and validation

• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to meet delivery targets

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product decisions

• Gather and synthesize customer feedback to improve product features

• Monitor product performance metrics and iterate based on data

• Communicate progress and strategy to executives and stakeholders

• Align product initiatives with sales, marketing, and support teams

• Advocate for user needs while balancing technical feasibility and business impact

• Design and Analysis: Develop and implement engineering solutions, including product enhancement and optimization. Develop and implement strategies to optimize design workflows and processes.

• Documentation: Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Innovation: Stay updated on advancements in mechanical engineering and incorporate new technologies into projects.

• Drafting and Modeling: Create detailed design drawings, CAD models, and prototypes to visualize and test ideas. Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.

• Testing and Validation: Collaborate with testing teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and reliability standards.

• Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot design challenges to improve functionality or reduce costs.

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of seismic products, from initial concept through the rigorous OSHPD certification process and manufacturing launch.
