Food Production Associates

Location: Newcomerstown, OH

Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM

Pay: Steady hourly rate with raises after hire Overtime Available

Responsibilities

Package and sort food products on the production line

Clean equipment between production runs to maintain efficiency

Monitor for safety and quality throughout the process

Assist with general production tasks as needed

Requirements

Ability to lift, bend, and stand for the duration of the shift

Reliable and punctual attendance

Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

Work Environment

Indoor, refrigerated setting (38–42 F)

Monday through Friday schedule, 40 hours per week

Two shift options: 6:45 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
