About the Role We are looking for Senior CAE/CAD Automation Developers.
You will design and implement advanced automation solutions for CAD/CAE workflows, integrate with PLM systems, and lead initiatives that reduce design cycle time and improve engineering productivity.

Key Responsibilities - Develop and customize CAD/CAE automation tools using CAA V5, EKL, NX Open, CATScript, TCL/Tk, Python, VB.NET, C++. - Automate design and simulation workflows across platforms like CATIA, NX, Creo, SolidWorks, Hypermesh, Ansa, Ansys, Abaqus.
- Integrate CAD/CAE systems with PLM platforms (3DEXPERIENCE, Teamcenter) for seamless data flow.
- Implement pre-processing and post-processing automation for FEA/CFD workflows, including mesh generation, validation, and report automation.
- Collaborate with global engineering and IT teams to deploy scalable automation solutions.
- Drive Agile-based development, manage sprints, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for automation tools.
Required Skills - Strong experience in CAD/CAE tools (CATIA V5, NX, Creo, Hypermesh, Ansa, Ansys). - Proficiency in CAA V5, EKL, NX Open, TCL/Tk, Python, VB.NET, C#, C++. - Hands-on with PLM integration, automation frameworks, and data validation scripts.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). - Preferred: Experience in CAE process automation, PLM migration, and team leadership.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–12 years of experience in CAD/CAE automation and customization.
